From our first entry into the BAC showroom at Newmarket and the welcome we received from the sales staff, we knew we had come to the right place. The display range was truly extensive and housed within a modern spacious environment. Plenty of knowledge and helpful advice from Martin made our decision making relatively simple. Miele products fitted the needs criteria for our new kitchen, and coupled with advice on kitchen and bathroom fittings, our fitout job moved from the "hard" to the " no problems" basket.The purchase was made; the delivery instructions and timing were finalised, and we walked away highly satisfied and happy about the whole process. We had previously been to two other appliance retailers, and walked away completely under-awed by the experience.Follow up after sales service has been excellent, particularly when Miele advised of a significant delay in delivery of an integral appliance. BAC worked to ensure an earlier delivery of the appliance, and direct to the kitchen cabinet manufacturer, ensuring no delay to it's installation.We simply could not fault any aspect of the service provided to us by BAC. Just as they were recommended highly to us by friends, we would have no hesitation in passing this recommendation on to anyone looking to build, renovate, or upgrade their kitchen.
