We completed a small kitchen renovation about a year ago, replacing the stove, benchtop, sink, taps, cupboards and oven. Everything went smoothly except for the oven — our cabinet space did not fit the standard Australian sizes (60 cm or 90 cm), which made finding a suitable model extremely difficult. As a result, we were unfortunately without an oven for almost a year.

We contacted several major retailers including Harvey Norman and TheGoodGuys, but they were not able to provide a practical solution for our measurements. Most options suggested were either unsuitable or extremely expensive.

Through our neighbour’s recommendation, we reached out to Brisbane Appliance with the exact dimensions of our oven space. Their team responded quickly and efficiently, and within a short time they identified a model that fit perfectly. The pricing was also very competitive — significantly better than what we had been quoted elsewhere.

We were especially pleased to purchase a high-quality Bosch oven at a very reasonable price, whereas other retailers had suggested options around AUD $5,500 to $6,500 that still did not meet our size requirements.

Another highlight was the delivery — it was arranged very quickly, allowing us to finally complete our kitchen after a long wait.

I was extremely happy to stumble across BAS and can highly recommend. We went to the usual Harvey Norman, Good Guys etc and picked the fridge we liked, but then googled it to see if we could find it cheaper and that's when we found BAS with the fridge we wanted but over $400 cheaper than all of the other stores. I thought it might be too good to be true but phoned and spoke to Shawn who was excellent. Communication was perfect, our new fridge was delivered within the timeframe promised, and our old fridge also taken away. Thank you Shawn and the team.
